As the close of this year’s Halloween Bizarre Bazaar, we cordially invite you to solve the Mystery at Poe’s Raven Party (a MyMysteryParty.com game):

You have received an invitation to a Raven Party at the Poe Mansion in the gloomy crime-ridden city of Wraith’s Cove. The town gossips are chattering about the disreputable people on Eddie Poe’s guest list. What could Eddie be thinking? Could it be that Eddie has finally gone mad? It appears that at least the Poe Mansion’s in dire need of assistance. Ever since Eddie’s housekeeper quit, the estate is in shambles.

Nevertheless, you are intrigued by the thought of a Gothic dinner party held in honor of a fiendish bird – even if this sordid group of ruffians may cause chaos. Chaos can be fun sometimes, right? This is where your story begins.

We will play the game on Saturday, October 28th, at 7:30pm, after the Halloween Bizarre Bazaar. Tickets are $45 per person, including the game and dinner.  Each person will be assigned a character in advance; dressing in costume is encouraged by not required. Tickets are limited. Please call (269)469-0600 or email events@lakesideinns.com to sign up.

As Spring begins, the grounds at Lakeside Inn will be green with new growth,
bursting into bloom, and positively crawling with spies. On April 1st and 15th we will
host murder mystery dinners for the Saints and Sinners Ball (a MyMysteryParty.com
game):
“Twilight Cove is a mysterious city by the bay filled with secrets, scandals, and
intriguing personalities. The metropolis is the home base of a dangerous, international
crime syndicate known as Eclipse. The agents of this secretive organization live their
lives as innocuous people – free from the federal government’s radar. Dark Core is the
anonymous crime boss of Eclipse and has called for a Saints & Sinners themed gala to
be held at The Crescent Hotel. All Eclipse agents are required to attend. There may be
moles posing as members of Eclipse, but Dark Core is on a mission to find out who is
loyal and who is working undercover for the feds.
You are an Eclipse agent and know you will not live long if you fail to attend this
cloak-and-dagger event. Eclipse has the power to wipe out all traces of you from the
face of the Earth – both digital and physical. Will Dark Core finally reveal his or her
identity? Nobody knows the answer to this, but if you are one of the spies, you should
be afraid.
Your instructions from Dark Core are to dress as a saint or a sinner to the
celebration – it’s your choice. Please realize that Dark Core always has a reason for
every action. Will your attire at the party give away your loyalties? Only time will tell.
This is where your story begins.”

We will present this game twice – Saturday, April 1, at 6:30pm, and Saturday, April
15 at 6:30pm. Tickets are $45 per person, including the game and dinner. Characters
will be assigned in advance; costumes are encouraged but not required.
Tickets are limited. Please call at (269)469-0600 or email events@lakesideinns.com to
sign up, or request a place when you book your 2-for-1 hotel reservation. Please be sure
to specify which date you are interested in!

The winter months are quiet in Harbor Country, which makes them perfect for
Murder Mystery games at Lakeside Inn! On Saturday, January 21, at 6:30pm, please
join us for The Noxhelm Murders (a MyMysteryParty.com game):
“In a quiet, foggy town in an unassuming neighborhood known as Misty Oaks,
there is a sinister force lurking within the walls of what the town calls Ripper House.
Built on an ancient burial ground in the 1920’s by The Butcher of Noxhelm, the house
has claimed over a hundred lives with some of the bodies said to have been buried in
the crawl spaces. Visitors claim to have witnessed lights flickering, doors slamming,
and other paranormal incidents. It is well documented in history that whoever owns
the home will be dealt a hefty case of doom and despair with a twist of death and destruction.
Ben and Brenda Biggs are the new homeowners of 203 Moorgate Street, and
have invited the neighborhood over for a housewarming party. They seem like a nice
couple, which is such a shame. You were invited. This is where your story begins.”
Tickets are $45 per person and include the game and dinner. Characters will be
assigned in advance, via email; costumes are encouraged but not required. Tickets are
limited, please call (269) 469-0600 or email events@lakesideinns.com to sign up, or
request a place when you book your 2-for-1 hotel reservation.

Happy Holiday Season Everyone! Let’s celebrate the winter holidays with a Murder
Mystery Dinner! Join us on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 6:30pm for the Hatter’s Ball
(a MyMysteryParty.com game, and the sequel to Halloween’s game – Bloodwood
Masquerade):
“The neighborhood socialites have touted the Hatter’s Ball as the bash of the year in
the isolated town of Bloodworth Falls. Mayor Riley White has organized the event in
the old Bloodwood Castle as a diversion from the scandals that have plagued the town
in recent months. Of course, it’s no coincidence the ball is scheduled right before the
upcoming mayoral election.
The mayor posted the invite list online, and your adversaries have already sent in
their RSVPs. You’re intrigued and have decided you cannot miss an opportune moment
to seek revenge on those who have crossed you in the past. Now, you are on a hunt for
the perfect hat.”

Tickets are $45 per person, including the game and dinner. Characters will be
assigned in advance; costumes (especially hats!) are encouraged but not required.
Tickets are limited. Please call at (269)469-0600 or email events@lakesideinns.com to
sign up, or request a place when you book your 2-for-1 hotel reservation.
